Welcome Ben Ripley - Senior Ops Lead

As Blakhausens continues to evolve across multiple ventures and initiatives, it became clear that one role would be pivotal in helping us scale with intention.
We’re excited to welcome Ben Ripley as our new Senior Operations Lead. Ben steps into a position that sits at the core of how we operate. His focus is simple in theory, but powerful in practice: bring structure to complexity, create alignment across initiatives, and ensure that the right things get done at the right time.
This role was designed to be more than operational oversight. From tracking and driving forward our key initiatives, to building and maintaining systems that keep our businesses aligned, Ben will play a central role in how we execute across Blakhausens. This includes managing priorities across ventures, improving workflows, and helping ensure that nothing important slips through the cracks.
Equally important, this role is about partnership. Ben will work closely with leadership to help translate vision into action. That means not only taking things off the plate, but also helping hold the business accountable to its priorities, timelines, and standards. It’s a steady hand at the center of a fast-moving environment.
From the outset, we were looking for someone who brings a unique mix of qualities. Strong organizational thinking, attention to detail, calm and thoughtful execution, and the ability to operate across multiple moving pieces without losing clarity. Ben brings exactly that. His approach is grounded, consistent, and intentional. He has a natural ability to bring order to moving parts while maintaining a clear focus on outcomes. In a business like ours, where ideas move quickly and opportunities are constantly evolving, that kind of presence is invaluable.
But beyond capability, it’s about fit. Ben brings a steady, composed energy that strengthens the team around him. He listens, processes, and executes with purpose. He’s someone who understands that great operations aren’t loud, they’re felt through progress, alignment, and results.
As we move into a phase of building and scaling several key initiatives, having Ben in this role gives us confidence that we can move faster, with more precision, and with greater accountability across the board. There’s a lot ahead for Blakhausens and with Ben stepping into this role, we’re better positioned to take it all on.
