Venture Advisory Partner: VentureOut

VentureOut is expanding its network of Venture Advisory Partners and is seeking experienced business leaders interested in working with multiple companies in a fractional advisory capacity. This role is suited to seasoned operators, consultants, and former owners who have a strong track record of guiding businesses through growth, improving performance, and building long-term value. Advisory Partners work directly with client leadership teams using a structured, value-building framework to help strengthen operations, increase scalability, and prepare companies for future transition or expansion. The role offers a high degree of flexibility and is ideal for individuals who enjoy working across a variety of businesses while applying practical experience to create measurable results.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Significant experience as a business owner, executive, or senior advisor

  • A demonstrated history of growing, leading, or improving successful organizations

  • Strong strategic and operational judgment across multiple areas of business

  • Experience working closely with founders and leadership teams

  • The ability to lead structured planning, execution, and accountability processes

  • Interest in working in a flexible, fractional advisory role across multiple clients

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build credibility quickly
