Senior Operations Lead

The Senior Operations Lead will partner closely with the Founder to bring clarity, structure, and predictable execution across a diverse set of ventures. You will help prioritize initiatives, develop operational systems, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure that ideas translate into real, measurable progress.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on operational ownership. You will start by focusing on high-impact, early-stage initiatives with significant growth potential and gradually assume broader operational oversight as the organization scales.

This position is designed with long-term advancement in mind, with a clear pathway toward an Integrator or COO-style leadership role.

  • 1. Drive Operational Clarity & Structure Across Ventures

    • Translate founder vision into organized plans, roadmaps, and priority sequences.

    • Implement systems, processes, and workflows that improve efficiency and reduce friction.

    • Create reporting structures, accountability frameworks, and team communication rhythms.

    • Define KPIs and success metrics that support measurable progress.

    2. Lead Multi-Venture Execution & Strategic Initiatives

    • Step into businesses at varying stages to assess needs and build operational foundations.

    • Identify bottlenecks, design solutions, and coordinate execution.

    • Support hiring, vendor relationships, budgeting, and resource planning.

    • Serve as the connective tissue across teams, partners, and projects.

    3. Support Product, Technology, and System Development

    • Work with technical partners, developers, and external specialists to advance product initiatives.

    • Document requirements, align timelines, track risks, and support milestone delivery.

    • Oversee early operational architecture for evolving tools and systems.

    4. Reduce Founder Dependency & Strengthen Decision Flow

    • Create streamlined processes that allow the Founder to focus on highest-value work.

    • Help filter, prioritize, and sequence ideas for impact and feasibility.

    • Provide grounded operational guidance during planning and decision-making.

    5. Build Repeatable Systems for Long-Term Scalability

    • Develop SOPs, templates, and documentation that support consistency and clarity.

    • Establish communication protocols, reporting dashboards, and operational cadence.

    • Bring discipline and structure to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • You bring:

    • 5–10 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, project management, or business leadership.

    • A builder’s mindset, comfortable creating structure where none exists.

    • Strong comfort with technology, digital tools, and system design.

    • Experience coordinating across teams, timelines, and external stakeholders.

    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity.

    • Confidence in setting boundaries, pushing back respectfully, and driving accountability.

    • Helped translate high-level ideas into actionable, measurable outcomes.

    • Demonstrated readiness for deeper leadership responsibility as Blakhausens grows.

  • This is a full-time salaried role.
    Compensation will be aligned with experience, with potential for performance based incentives as the portfolio expands.
